I installed fuel filters between my tip tanks and Facet transfer pumps after one pump failed due to FOD.
Facet specifies a 74 micron filter must be used.

I purchased two Earl’s 35 micron filters #230106erl, two #581806erl AN-6 nuts, and two #581906 sleeves, all from Summit Racing for a total of $91.77. I installed each one outboard of the Facet pump above the big inspection cover using my special AN flaring tool. Total weight gain probably less than 0.5 lb.
