I flew in to Sun ‘n Fun last week and was awarded “Best Composite Homebuilt.” I was hoping for a Grand Champion but a fellow from Colorado flew in with his 2014 Oshkosh Grand Champion Lancair and took the prize. It is truly a beautiful plane and very deserving, I just wished the bad weather had made him turn around.
I’m very pleased my peers gave me recognition.
