NAV / STROBE LIGHT OPTION

Properly installed, the navigation/strobe light package included in this kit meets FAR Part 91 standards for aircraft position and anti-collision lighting. The system consists of two wingtip-mounted light units, each of which contains an appropriately colored position light, a white strobe and an aft-shining white position light. No tail light is required with this system.

Although it's possible to retrofit this option to an already completed GlaStar, it's much preferable to integrate the installation of the lighting system with the basic construction of the win9 and fuselage assemblies.
