Seat Pan Inspection Access Cutouts

This modification was submitted by Jim Rose.

These are my GlaStar seat pans with the inspection plates added. I found this necessary as I wanted to “just look” under the pans without taking all the seat rails off. On the pilot side, I have a rear cover so I can see the header tank fittings, line and aux fuel pump. The big panel lets me see the fuel flow meter and fuel pressure transducers. On the co-pilot side, I can view the flap attachments with the small inspection plate and just general viewing under the big plate. All covers are made with .032 2024-T3. It’s well worth the time.
