Subject: Operating limitations on floats 

Applicability: All Sportsman aircraft operated on floats 

Discussion: This service letter serves as the official statement of operating limitations for the Sportsman floatplane. 

Maximum approved gross weight is 2,650 lbs. for the Carbon Extended Gross weight and 2,500 lb for the Fiberglass Standard weight fuselage. Structural limit loads at gross weight are +3.8/-1.5 Gs.
