Andy Roberts began building an airplane from plans at age 21 before his first flying lesson. He has been flying for 51 years and has flown his Sportsman to Alaska, the Bahamas, and coast to coast across the US. A project manager (retired), he developed downhole telemetry tools and autonomous underwater vehicles. Andy resides in Brunswick, Maine.
